7. Chatbot
This feature introduces a chatbot application to our front page, offering in-depth customization of the application and the ability to create assistants with advanced settings, including storages and files creation, improving user experience.
A chatbot can help us optimize our work and assist users by answering their questions, thereby improving their experience on our website. There’s no need for a person to be available for the user. In fact, the chatbot can be always available for our customers!
All features are divided by tabs in the chatbot page, those tabs are:
- Button: add text and change position.
- Box: change header and footer content.
- Theme: background and text color customization.
- Visibility: tweak chatbot visibility conditions.
- Assistants: assistant creation.
- Storages: storages creation.
- Files: files creation.
