1. Licenses
Here we will explain the conditions of the QuadLayers product’s licenses options.
1.1. Support
All licenses include 6-month personalized support. After this period, premium support is suspended and it continues in the forums of the free version.
1.2. Updates
Independently of the type of license you’ve purchased with us, the product updates will be available forever. As it was previously mentioned, the only required action to make use of this benefit is to configure Automatic Updates in your product admin panel after activating the license.
1.3. License Types
Personal
This license is the simplest one. It allows you to activate the software in one WordPress site. This license was designed for professionals of every area that are developing their site and require the functionalities of any specific plugin to complete their sites. They could be called “final users”.
Agency
This license is an intermediate license for agencies or developers and it allows up to 5 sites active installations. This license was created with agencies and freelancers in mind that offer their services in the web development industry. They could be considered as “professional users”.
Developer
This is the most extensive license and allows an unlimited number of active installations. This license was designed for developers and expert users of WordPress. They are going to use the products in different ways, for web projects, building sites, platforms, and also new products.
2. Activation
Here we will explain the process to activate the license in our products.
As soon as you get the license, the first step is to activate it. Activate your license on every WordPress site where you want to use the premium features of the plugin.
If you are using WordPress multisite, every site on your network requires an individual and independent activation process.
After the activation process, you will be able to receive automatic updates on the product directly from the admin panel. You will receive notifications from the native/standard WordPress messaging tool. If you want to check if there are available updates of any plugin, go to Plugins > Installed plugins and check the messages next to the plugins’ descriptions. Another alternative is to go to Dashboard > Updates in the admin panel.
3. Refund Policy
If the product doesn’t fit my requirements or doesn’t meet my expectations, you can request a full refund here.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee refund policy: During the first 30 days after the purchase, you can claim your money back. This means that you can test the product for 30 days before you decide if you want to keep it or not.
After the direct refund period, you can ask for a refund if you have any unsolved tickets or if the product is not working properly on your site and our support team didn’t fix the error.
4. FAQ
All our licenses are one-time payments. This means you won’t be charged again.
For more details about our license model, check out the License policy page.
All our products have a direct support platform through the account panel.
If you need support, go to Account > Support> and submit a ticket.
All licenses include 6-month personalized support. After this period, support continues with standard times, as for the free version. There are also available guidelines, blog posts, and an open community through Wordpress.org.
As it’s a free service, responses depend on the demand and on the agents’ time. But we will do our best to reply to all the questions as soon as possible.
To get automatic updates, you must activate your license on the license page of your plugin admin panel and pay attention to the notifications in your WordPress admin panel.
If you have purchased a personal or agency license and you would like to change the activation from one site to another one, follow these steps:
- Open a new support ticket and request to change the active site on the Subject.
- Include the previous site where the installation will be removed.
- After we remove it, go to the admin panel of the new site and proceed to activate the license there.
If you’ve purchased any of our products’ licenses on Envato’s website, you have to follow these steps to have it up and running.
- Install the product using the admin panel, an FTP client, or any option available (check out the product documentation if you need help).
- Follow the steps to install the license (also available in the documentation section). Note that when you install the license, you are creating a user inside our site. Remember that the email address that you use to complete the form will be your user.
