In the new WooCommerce Invoice Manager menu, we can see two new pages: Settings and Invoices.
On the invoices page, there is a detailed list of our orders along with an update option interactive for each order.
In the header, there are two primary buttons available:
- Templates: Clicking this button navigates you to the templates page, where you can explore various pre-designed formats.
- Edit: This button opens the invoice editor, allowing you to make modifications to your invoice as needed.
View invoice
Clicking on the “View” link corresponding to the invoice you select will open a page that displays a comprehensive view of the invoice. This feature serves as a preview, giving you a detailed look at the complete invoice before any further actions are taken.
Save and Download the Invoice
To create a PDF version of the invoice, simply click on the “Save” link. It’s important to remember that any modifications made to the invoice require you to save it again to ensure all changes are accurately captured in the updated PDF.
After that, you can download it, clicking on “Download”.
