The bot builder and integrations run on dedicated infrastructure so we can deliver reliability, scalability, and deeper analytics beyond typical WordPress plugin constraints.

Getting started

Steps:

    2. Social Chat PRO v8.x
  2. Go to bots tab and login to enable bot creation
  3. Create your first bot flow (template or from scratch)
  4. Connect an integration (optional): OpenAI / Freshdesk
  5. Publish and test on your site
